      The spacious rooms were a total game changer. Plentiful restaurants nearby, and I loved the beautiful Christmas decorations around the hotel.

      It was very nice and clean hotel with very kind stuff. A really very very nice hotel in a very nice location. We'll come again.

      The only thing is missing is a coffee maker in the room otherwise everything else was perfect. Also the fact that the windows in the room can;t open is a disadvantage for people with claustrophobia .

      The location of the Grand Hotel Sofia is really good. Just a short stroll to major attractions and a lively pedestrian street. My Superior Double Room was spacious and clean. The staff provided attentive service, particularly at the hotel's restaurant, Shades of Red, where the food exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the breakfast variety as well. There were a couple of areas needing improvement. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was spotty at times, inconvenient. Temperature control could have been better. I found the room a bit warm and had trouble adjusting it. These issues slightly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

      I sleep beautifully in the "superior" rooms. The breakfast chef cooks excellent fried eggs to order. Very attentive staff

      Decor is a bit dark,heavy and a little "Soviet". But then perhaps that is the hotel charm

      The staff were attentive, even preparing a cot for our little one without us asking! We loved the really good breakfast spread each morning.

      My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meals available during dinner.

      Great location! Everywhere is walking distance! Hotel staff are very very friendly and hotel price is soooo good! My husband and I are very happy about this hotel!

      Hotel is really nice, clean, comfortable, luxury and location is probably the best in town. There was also high speed internet connection available and closed secured parking place free of charge. I would recommend it for sure.
